Rnd 1) Ch 3 (counts as first dc), (14 dc) in ring; join with a sl st to first dc (3rd ch of beg ch 3): 15 dc.

Rnd 2) Ch 2, dc in next dc (counts as first dc dec over 2 sts), dc dec over next 2 dc see special sts, ch 5; * dc dec working first st in same dc as last st worked and in next dc, dc dec over next 2 dc, ch 5; rep from around working last dc dec in last dc and in first dc on rnd, ch 5; join with a sl st to first dec: 10 sts/5 ch 5-sps.

Rnd 3) Ch 2, dc in next st (counts as first dc dec over 2 sts), ch 5, (dc, ch 3, dc) in 3rd ch of next ch 5 sp (center ch), ch 5; * dc dec over next 2 sts, ch 5, (dc, ch 3, dc) in 3rd ch of next ch 5 sp (center ch), ch 5; rep from * around; join with a sl st to first dec: 5 dc dec/10 dc//10 ch 5-sps/5 ch 3-sps.
