Materials:
Sm amt 4 ply worsted weight yarn (white, pinnk)
Crochet hook size G

Finishing Materials:
2 squiggly eyes or eyelashes (any size preferred)
1 sm pom pom (black) for nose
Sm length (3/8" W) ribbon
Glue/glue gun

Finished Size: 4" T x 3 1/2" W
Gauge: 2 rows = 1 1/2"

Bunny Head: (Using white)

Rnd 1) Ch 4; (9 dc) in 4th ch from hook (first 3 chs skipped count as first dc); join with a sl st to first dc (4th ch of beg ch 4: 10 dc.

Rnd 2) Ch 3 (counts as first dc), dc in next dc, (3 dc) in next dc (inc made), dc in next 4 dc, (3 dc) in next dc (inc made), dc in last 2 dc; join with a sl st to first dc: 14 dc.

Row 3) Ch 3, dc in next 2 dc, (5 dc) in next dc (inc made), dc in next 6 dc, (5 dc) in next dc (inc made), dc in last 3 dc; join with a sl st to first dc: 22 dc.

Row 4) Ch 3, dc in next 4 dc, (5 dc) in next dc (inc made), dc in next 10 dc, (5 dc) in next dc (inc made), dc in last 5 dc; join with a sl st to first dc: 30 dc. Fasten off; secure ends.

Bunny Ears: (Using pink)

Row 1) With increases at center front and center back, join yarn to 4th dc from center st of inc on rnd 2 with a sl st; * ch 7, (sc, hdc) in 3rd ch from hook, dc in next 4 ch (ear made),* sl st over corresponding dc on rnd 1, ch 1, sk next 4 dc on rnd 1 and sl st over next dc post on opposite side of head; rep from * to * once, sl st over corresponding dc on rnd 2 (skipping 5 dc from joining of first ear). Fasten off; secure ends.

Finishing:

Glue eyes and nose to face as shown in photo. Tie ribbon into a bow and glue below the nose at bottom of head using the photo as a guide.
