Materials:
Small amount of Caron Christmas Glitter yarn (Gold)
Crochet hook, size F
2 Plastic rings (2" in dia.)
1 Quartz battery Mini watch (1 3/8" in dia.)
  (I used Walnut Hollow Mini-Fit up)

Finishing Materials:
Tapestry needle (for weaving in ends)
Magnets

Skill Level: Advanced Beginner

Back Ring:

Rnd 1) Join yarn to ring with a sl st; ch 1, (30 sc) around ring; join with a sl st in first sc. Fasten off; secure ends.

Front Ring:

Rnd 1) Rep rnd 1 for back ring. (Do not end off).

Joining and Chain:

Rnd 1) Holding both rings together, right sides facing out;; sl st in next sc, through both sides to join; * sl st in next sc, through both sides; rep from * around, inserting watch when halfway around the edging; join with a sl st in first st. Note: Ensure the watch is inserted with the "12" to the top where the joining is, so the chain will be in the correct position to the watch face. Push the watch securely into the bottom ring so it fits snugly. While working you may need to push the watch face back into position.

Row 2) Ch 3, dc in next st, ch 45, (sc, hdc, sc) in 2nd ch from hook. Fasten off; secure ends.

Finishing:

Attach magnets to back and along the chain to "display" on the fridge.
