Finishing:
Cover styrofoam half and preferred work surface with plastic wrap. Dip hat in stiffening solution, see About Stiffeners for different solutions and recipes. Place over prepared styrofoam ball half and shape. Pin in place using rust proof pins. Let dry and remove pins. Remove from mold and trim as desired using silk or dried flowers, ribbons and lace.
