Sm amt worsted weight yarn (Lilac, white)
Crochet hook size G & F
Metal clothes hanger
Finishing Materials:
Tapestry needle

Finished Size: Depends on hanger; 4” sq for sachet
Gauge: Not important to over all size
Skill Level: Beginner - Medium
Hanger: (Using lilac & G hook)
Rnd 1) Starting at top left hand side of hanger, sc around entire hanger joining with sl st to beg sc. Leave a tail of yarn about 12” for wrapping around top: 144 sc
Rnd 2) Using white yarn, sl st in beg sc, *ch 2, skip next sc, sl st in next st* repeat around. Join with sl st to beg sc: 72 ch-2 spaces.
Finishing:
Wrap top of hanger with remaining yarn from Rnd 1 and secure with glue.
Sachet: (Using white & F hook) (Make 2)
Row 1) Ch 14; sc in 2nd ch from hook & in ea of the next chains: 13 sc.
Rows 2-12) Ch 1, turn work; sc in ea sc across & fasten off.: 13 sc.
Joining & Edging:
Rnd 1) With lilac yarn, both sides of sachet held together, right sides facing up, join with sl st through both sides of turning ch on Row 12. Ch 3, dc in same st, *sl st in next st, dc, ch 1, dc in next st* repeat 12 more times. Fill with your favorite potpourri, (sl st in next st, dc, ch 1, dc in next st) 2 more times. Join with sl st to beg ch 1. Fasten off and secure all ends.
Finishing:
Glue or tie sachet to hanger using picture as guide.
