Materials:
1-1/2 oz 4 ply worsted weight yarn (bright green)
Sm amt 4 ply worsted weight yarn (white)
Crochet hook size G

Finishing Materials:
Tapestry needle
6" fashion doll

Finished Size: 8" T
Gauge:2 rows = 1-1/4"

Dress (Using green)

Row 1) Ch 21.

Row 2) Dc in 3rd ch from hook and in ea rem ch - 18 dc, ch 1, turn.

Row 3) 2 sc in first dc, sc in ea rem dc, 2 sc in last dc - 20 sc, ch 3, turn.

Note: Remainder of dress is work in rnds and in back lps only.

Rnd 1) 2 dc in each sc and in joining st. Join with sl st to beg ch 3 - 42 dc, ch 3 turn.

Rnd 2 - Rnd 9) Rep Rnd 1.

Rnd 10) With white join yarn in any dc. Sc in each dc Around and fasten off.

Belt (Using white)

Ch 75 & sc in ea ch across.

Hat (Using white)

Leave several inches at both ends for bow.

Row 1) Ch 4; 7 dc in 4th ch from hook (first 3 chs skipped count as first dc); join with sl st to first dc, ch 3 turn - 8 dc.

Row 2) 2 tr in each dc.

Finishing:

With tapestry needle and bright green yarn, gather stitches at the top of Round 1 of dress leaving several inches at each end for tying.

Slip doll through first round beneath gathering stitches. Pull ends, tie a bow and fasten off.

Tie belt around waist. Place hat on head & secure with bow.
