Rnd 2) Ch 3 (counts as first dc), dc in joining; * (2 dc) in next dc; rep from * around; join with a sl st to first dc: 24 dc.

Rnd 1) Ch 1, sc in joining; * sk next dc, (3 dc) in next dc, sc in next dc, sk next dc, (3 dc) in next dc, sc in next 2 dc; rep from * twice, sl st in next 2 dc; join with a sl st to first sc: 3 petals.

Rnd 2) Ch 1, sc in joining; * [sk next dc, (7 dc) in next dc, sk next dc, sc in next st] twice, sc in next st; rep from * twice: 3 petals. Do not end off.

Tail:

Row 1) Sl st in next st; ch 8, dc in 3rd ch from hook, hdc in next ch, (2 sc) in next ch, sc in next 3 ch; join with a sl st in next st, sl st in first sc: 8 sts. Fasten off; secure ends.
