This vintage doily has been updated to modern language, has a size 12 font, two columns, stitch counts, and a color photo. Worked in size 10 it includes finished sizes for both size 10 and the original size 20 thread called for in the instructions. It’s so pretty!
Pineapple Lace Christmas Tissue Cover
This pretty Victorian style boutique tissue cover matches our Pineapple Lace Christmas Stocking. The cover is worked in yarn and then trimmed with a thread lace top worked in pineapples and pearls!
‘Best Friend’ Bone-Shaped Christmas Stocking
This cute dog bone-shaped Christmas stocking is super easy to work up. Trimmed with crochet holly leaves and berries it’ll be cute filled with treats and toys for Fido!

That Pineapple #7714 is a really nice doily.
I’ve been using the vintage directions to make one in Forest Green and have only 4 more pineapples and the outside edging yet to go.
I can imagine that your revision of this pattern will be even better than the original directions are.

That’s the problem with most of the vintage patterns - you’re eyes start twitching trying to see the fine print! And each round/row is butted up to the next making it hard to find your place. But they’re fun to work on!
