It’s hump day already?

Wednesday, September 23rd, 2009

Wow, the week seems to be going fast. Maybe it’s all the new shows starting this week. Not only is my DVR getting filled, but I had to watch some of the other shows on a different TV - live! Is that great or what? I know, I need a life!

On the other hand, nothing is nicer than being able to watch some great shows while CROCHETING! I’m getting ready to start on another design which will be for Christmas but it can easily be used throughout the year - if I get it designed that is. Yesterday met with failure, but hey, I know several ways NOT to make it now! It’s still morning and I have the rest of the day to devote to experimenting in the lab (family room) with my favorite size thread and all time favorite hook. Keep your fingers crossed today meets with success and an even better attitude.

I may be starting another crochet-a-long soon if I have enough time - that always seems to be a problem. Either a crochet-a-long or mystery - what does everyone prefer? I’ve had some complaints before with mystery patterns because a few turned out to be a project the person wasn’t interested in. But hey, isn’t that what mystery means - either you like it or don’t - maybe you can use it or won’t. Personally, I think it’s easy to find some use with whatever you make. Give it away if all else fails. :-)
