I enjoy mysteries and the more forensic talk, the better. As much as I find it interesting and riveting, my weak tummy would prevent me from ever pursuing a career in forensics. So the next best thing is to read and enjoy the science and of course, the “whodunit!”
Another of my favorite authors is Beverly Connor who writes her Diane Fallon series. For the most part its lightweight but still fun to read. There are authors who delve into deeper forensic insights where I can’t even pronounce the words. And while they’re good and I enjoy the reading, I sometimes look for a lighter weight mystery.
In managing my devices I noticed I have six of her books and of course at least one more I need to download to my Kindle! How did I manage – it must be a paperback…
While many of my favorite mysteries include recipes, this one I enjoy purely for the story. I mentioned before that most people read (or watch) mysteries to figure out who did it. I enjoy the story as it unfolds and let the author lead me to the finale where I get to be surprised and finally, the ultimate happy ending. What can I say? I guess I have enough drama in my life already! LOL
Here are a few books you might enjoy too!
