With Red Heart Yarns receiving the Women’s Choice Awards for most recommended yarn brand I thought it only fitting to do a few round ups with projects using Red Heart yarn! After all, it is one of my favorite brands of yarn for many reasons…

The Slant Stitch Striped Tablet Tote is a crochet-a-long project using Red Heart Super Saver Jumbo Yarn, Gray Heather and white. The stitch used is from the book I reviewed for Indispensable Stitch Collection for Crocheters which I’ve found to be invaluable! This tote could also be used as a purse, once lined, if desired.
If it’s a soft and luxurious cowl for winter/spring, then our Casual Twisted Slant stitched Cowl is in order. This particular project uses Red Heart Yarn, Infinity Denim which I loved working with! And for a quick project a size K aluminum hook was used to produce results that are stylish and cozy!
In 2015 I participated in the Holiday Stashdown Crochet-a-Long so I designed the Starry Night Luscious Cowl. I did a mini-interview on the Underground Crafter where I was featured. The yarn used was Red Heart Sparkle Soft Yarn-Starry Night which is an absolutely beautiful yarn to work with – I just love the sparkle! Read the yarn review on the same page as the pattern!
The basket weave stitch is a wonderful pattern repeat that’s so adaptable to many projects. This time I used the stitch for our Basket Weave Clutch that’s so pretty it could be used for every occasion. I used Red Heart Super Saver Economy Yarn, Warm Brown and white but one could make several clutches in their preferred color choices since Red Heart Super Saver yarns come in a wide variety of colors!
Our Zebra Jacquard Case and cell phone holder are so classy and fun, you can’t help but want to make a set for yourself! Again, this set used Red Heart Super Saver yarns in black and white – and there you have it! And availability is easier than ever, whether online or at your favorite super store!
Our Swirl Cowl on the Diagonal uses Red Heart Mixology Swirl Yarn-Party for this comfy and warm cowl using the corner to corner stitch which is so much fun! Read my yarn review for this wonderful yarn right on the same page as the cowl instructions.
