If you incur problems or have questions regarding a pattern purchased, please use our E-mail form to send a message. Please include the following information.
- Your full name
- The approximate date you ordered or where you obtained the pattern
- Your email address
- Pattern title and if possible, item number
- The specific section and/or round of the pattern.
