Where's my pattern?
( Automated downloads )
For patterns to be downloaded after purchasing, wait for your credit card to be approved and then click on the button that says; "click here to download your patterns." After your PayPal transaction click on the link provided to return to Crochet Memories and the download page. Do not close the browser window or you'll lose your download links.
If you do close the browser window or incurred problems and lost the page, just send me a message or use our Email form. I'll be happy to resend the pattern links.

"Hello! Received all my patterns perfectly! I love them. You have a very easy to follow web site. It was very easy to get my patterns and pay for them. It was a pleasure dealing with the system for a change as I am not so computer savvy! Thanks again!"
( Patterns to be shipped )
Be sure you ordered patterns to be mailed and not for download. Patterns for download will not be shipped unless the difference in prices and shipping and handling fees have been received. If you paid by credit card, usually your order will ship the next business day. If you paid for patterns to be shipped but haven't received them in the time frame given, please email or use our Email form to send a message. Sometimes the shipments aren't actually picked up and entered into the system until the next following day depending on when our mail carrier arrives. I'll be happy to reship the patterns at no cost if they're not received by a date we deem as a sufficient amount of time. If an incorrect address is provided by the customer, the items will not be reshipped until the original package is returned by the post office and additional shipping fees collected.
What is automated downloads?
Automated download means once you've paid for your purchase you'll be directed to a page containing active links for the patterns you've purchased. Double click to open the file or right click your mouse button and select "open." The file will open in the appropriate program for the format you've chosen; PDF or Microsoft Word. PDF is preferred since it's compatible with most computer operating systems. All files will open in a new window so turn off any pop-up blockers.
Which format should I use?
( Microsoft Word format )
With this format you'll need a Windows operating system, but it doesn't necessarily mean it's compatible. Some of our patterns are saved from an early version of Windows; Windows 95 while later copies are saved in Microsoft Office Word 2003. Some users have experienced problems opening files saved in an earlier version while others have problems opening later versions. Files can usually be opened by a word processing program, WordPad or NotePad.
( PDF format )
With this format you'll need Acrobat Reader, a free program to open and read the files. I highly recommend this format since it's compatible with most computer operating systems. To keep up with newer and better programs you might want to download the latest version of Acrobat Reader.
With Adobe Acrobat Reader you can magnify the instructions, or just a portion of the instructions, re-size the page to fit your window as well as other nice capabilities and amenities.
When can I expect to receive my pattern?
It will depend largely on how you paid for your purchase and your delivery choice.
( Credit card )
Once I verify you are the authorized credit card holder and your address matches what's on record through the Address Verification System, I usually ship the next business day.
( PayPal )
I usually ship the next business day unless your payment is on hold from PayPal waiting for funds to clear. If this happens, I wait for the funds to clear which can take 4 - 8 business days and can be tracked through your PayPal account.
( Check )
I must first wait for your payment to arrive and clear the bank before your order is filled. An email is sent to notify you when your payment is received with a projected date your order will be filled. A second email is sent when your order ships with a projected date for delivery.
If patterns are for download, I must first wait for your payment to arrive and clear the bank. An email is sent to notify you when your payment is received with a projected date your order will be filled. It's important to note the date on your calendar so you can retrieve your patterns before the download links expire. This is not an attachment but an email containing download links to the patterns you've purchased.
