We have made every effort to ensure our pattern instructions are easy to follow. However, we make no guarantee that your crocheted piece will look exactly like our photos. Due to differences in individual work, type of threads used and crochet hooks available, we recommend testing the gauge before starting any pattern.
Should you have any questions concerning our patterns, we offer online help. Purchasing patterns within your skill level will offer the best success rate in being able to complete your project. Remember, experience does not equate to longevity. Using different techniques, stitches, and understanding of pattern instruction are all factored into experience levels. Sorry, patterns can not be returned for a refund. If you find an error in the pattern you've purchased please check for pattern corrections to see if the correction has been posted. If the error found is large, we'll be more than happy to replace your pattern with a corrected copy, you only need provide your full name, email address, and your order or customer number as proof of purchase.
Most of our patterns are in text format with exception of filet patterns which use a chart. Digital (download) patterns are PDF files using Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Standard (PDF format). Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed to open and read the files.
With digital patterns, it's the customer's responsibility to ensure they click on the file downloads located on the last page after your transaciton is completed. The shopping cart will list the patterns by name. Right click on each file to open. It's recommended to save the file to your computer hard drive, once it's opened. You can download your patterns up to three times.
It's the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Please check for typos before submitting your order. Additional fees will be needed to reship a package if an incorrect address was provided by you.
Electronic mail is not always reliable. With improved spam filters, sometimes email is treated as spam and sent to a spam or deleted items folder, or not delivered at all. Correspondence can be hindered if email is lost or treated as spam. If you haven't received a reply in a timely manner, please resend your email or use our E-mail form to send a message.
