Our Patterns
We have made every effort to ensure our pattern instructions are easy to follow. However, we make no guarantee that your crocheted piece will look exactly like our photos. Due to differences in individual work, type of threads used and crochet hooks available, we recommend testing the gauge before starting any pattern. We cannot be responsible for typographical errors. Should you have any questions concerning our patterns, we offer online help. Please remember this means we're happy to help but we do not teach crochet. It's important to buy patterns within your skill level. Sorry, patterns can not be returned for a refund. If you find an error in the pattern you've purchased please check our Pattern Corrections to see if the correction has been posted. If the error found is large, we'll be more than happy to replace your pattern with a corrected copy.
Pattern Formats
Our patterns are created with a Windows operating system and saved in Microsoft Office Word, Windows 95 Version of Word, and Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Standard (PDF format). Not all Windows operating systems are compatible, therefore you may not be able to open Word patterns even though you have a Windows operating system.
For patterns in PDF format you'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and read the files.
Pattern Downloads
With automated downloads, it's the customer's responsibility to ensure they don't close their browser window after their purchase. Once the transaction is complete (credit card or PayPal), click on the link provided to the download page. Do not close the browser window!
If the browser window is closed for any reason, please use our E-mail form to send a message regarding the problem right away. I'll be more than happy to resend the download link page by email.
Download Issues
Customers sometime experience problems in opening the PDF files from their download links. If this happens to you, try saving the file to your computer hard drive first and then selecting open.
Mail Delivery
It's the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Please check for typos before submitting your order. Additional fees will be needed to reship a package if an incorrect address was provided by you.
Email is not always reliable. With improved spam filters, sometimes email is treated as spam and sent to a spam or deleted items folder, or not delivered at all. Correspondence can be hindered if email is lost or treated as spam. If you haven't received a reply in a timely manner, please resend your email or use our E-mail form to send a message.
Navigation
With new enhanced browsers, certain keywords are captured and linked back to advertisers. We are not responsible for the content of advertisers, nor have we authorized or given permission to link to certain words. In some instances, words that are linked to advertisers will override links on this site, impairing navigation.
