Minimum Requirements
To keep costs down we require a mere $2.45 minimum purchase. This keeps our percentages lower, a savings we pass on to you. We're sorry, but due to the high cost of shipping outside the U.S. we no longer ship products outside the country.

Please make payments in US funds only. A currency converter is provided for your convenience; a link is posted on the menu to the left and also on our mail-in order form.
How to Order
- Selecting the products
From our online store almost all products have two buttons; one is for automated download of patterns (which means you'll receive two formats upon delivery - Miscrosoft Word and PDF). The second button is for having patterns mailed to you. Click on the appropriate button that says "add to cart".
- Continue shopping
If you wish to continue shopping, click on the link provided at the bottom of the shopping cart page to return to Crochet Memories. To return to the shopping cart without further purchases, click on "View Cart - Downloads," or "View Cart - Snail Mail." Links and/or buttons are provided at the top left corner of the page and at the bottom of each menu. The reason we have two links is there are two separate shopping carts; one for products for download and one for products to be mailed. Please click on the appropriate link to access the shopping cart to finish your transaction.

To complete the checkout process, click on "go to payments" at the bottom of the shopping cart page.
- Customer information
Fill in the fields provided. Why must you enter an address when patterns are for automated download? Put simply we need this information for AVS (Address Verification System) to ensure you are the authorized user and that someone isn't using your lost or stolen credit card to make fraudulent charges. Fields marked in bold are mandatory. Click on continue.
- Payment options
Check to ensure all information submitted is correct before scrolling down to select your payment option. Tick your payment option choice.

Automated Downloads: We use Authorize.net to approve transactions for automated downloads. Once your credit card information is verified and accepted, you'll be directed to click on the button provided; "click here to download your patterns," to access the download links.
Patterns to be shipped: You'll be requested to input your credit card information via our secured shopping cart site and then directed to a "thank you" page. Your order will be processed through an in-house terminal located at Crochet Memories after an AVS check.

You'll be directed to access PayPal to complete your transaction. Once you have paid for your purchase you'll be directed back to Crochet Memories to the download page to retrieve your patterns, or if patterns are to be shipped, you'll be contacted shortly confirming your purchase and shipping date for your order.

You'll be directed to a "thank you" page and contacted shortly thereafter confirming your purchase and where to send payment.

Mail-in Order Form
If you're uncomfortable using our shopping cart, you can always use our mail-in orde form located on the menu to your left. To fill in online, minimize the page which opens in a new browser window and keep handy while you shop. Type in the fields required and then print out. Or you can print the order form and fill in by hand as you shop.
