Ms Poppy Crinoline Girl Doily

Our August crochet birthday crinoline boasts a unique ruffle, scallops, and broad brimmed hat! The ruffle, bodice, and hat are edged in white.

Medium: #10 cotton thread

Hook size: Steel hook size 8

Measurements: 9 ½” T x 11 ½” W.

Here is another angle of Miss Poppy to better see the ruffle! Miss Poppy's hat boasts bright gold poppies and uses a chain stitch for the ties. The edging on the ruffle is used to join the ruffle for easier even "ruffling" and can either be raised, as shown, or flattened for a more "pleated" appearance.
