This adorable crochet "hot chile" swag is made up of crocheted chile peppers, hung with raffia, and then accented with a fabric bow. Perfect for a southwestern theme! The flavor of Old Mexico. To complet this project you'll need fiberfill, several thin strips of Raffia paper, ¼-yd fabric (green calico), pinking shears for cutting fabric, and 1 (1 1/8”) plastic ring.
