Decorative hats are beautiful tossed on the bed, a chair, chaise, or hung from the wall as an accent piece. This project is sculpted using either a commercial stiffener or a home made solution and for shaping you'll need a 1 (5” dia) Styrofoam ball, cut in half. To complete this piece you'll need
1-lg/2 med silk flowers w/ leaves and/or pearls, 1/3-yd (5/8” W) sheer ribbon, and 1/2 yd (5/8” W) satin ribbon.
