Due to the nature of our products we do not offer a money back guarantee. However, we do stand behind our patterns by offering to our customers, complete online assistance to include the posting of any revisions or corrections to patterns where errors have been found.
If you incur problems or have questions regarding a pattern purchased, please email, or use our email form located on our contact page. Please include the following information.
- Your full name
- Your order number or customer number
- Your email address
- Include the pattern title and if possible, item number
- The specific section and/or round of the pattern.

Simply put - we don't sell or give any of our customer information away. By creating an account with us, the shopping cart will be able to fill in your personal information. You are not required to create an account to place an order.
Please note that if you wish to have your credit card purchases shipped to a post office box or work address, we still need your physical address, (the address to which your credit card statement is mailed), in order to verify the credit card is not a lost or stolen card. This is for YOUR protection as a consumer. It is too easy for someone to make a purchase with your lost or stolen card if no measures are taken to verify that it is an authorized purchase.

Our patterns are copyrighted and protected under federal copyright laws. Any reproduction in part or whole without the author's express written permission is against the law and could result in litigation and heavy fines.
Please honor copyright laws and do not distribute or share our patterns, purchased or free, to others in any forum, list, discussion group, photo album, or message board. You are welcome to make copies of our patterns for personal use only. Reprinting or duplicating the instructions or photographs by any means, including copy machine, computer scanning, digital photography, e-mail, personal website, and fax, is illegal.
