Our patterns are copyrighted and protected under federal copyright laws. Any reproduction in part or whole without the author's express written permission is against the law and could result in litigation.

Please honor copyright laws and do not distribute or share my patterns, purchased or free, to others in any forum, list, discussion group, photo album, or message board. You are welcome to make copies of my patterns for personal use only. Reprinting or duplicating the instructions or photographs by any means, including copy machine, computer scanning, digital photography, e-mail, personal website, and fax, is illegal. Failure to abide by federal copyright laws may result in litigation and fines. By simply posting "for educational purposes only" will not waive your responsibility in honoring copyright.

Do not plagiarize, I put in long hours designing and writing my patterns. Please respect my time and work. Don't copy (or copy and paste) any of my patterns, make a few changes to it and call it your own design.

Please do not submit any of my patterns or photographs thereof to any publication. Please do not post my patterns or photographs to any website, email list, club, photo album, or private email without my permission. Instead, you may provide a link to my patterns on a website, email list, club, photo album, or private email.

Trademark

"Crochet Memories" is protected under federal trademark laws. Those who use the Crochet Memories name in other forums or lists are not part of the original Crochet Memories business or site. Violaters will be served a cease and desist letter.
